The focus here is to get the manager to recognize that his/her construction subcontract is a powerful tool the manager must use to negotiate and execute the construction plan.  To many subcontractors assume that they have no leverage, no bargaining power and no voice in the direction or execution of the project.  This program provides hands-on practice for the manager in using the contract as a management tool in order to enhance profitability and to improve the odds in ongoing project negotiations.
