This course will teach participants critical issues in manual materials handling (MMH or handling things by lifting, lowering, pushing, pulling, carrying, holding, or restraining). In addition, the rigging portion of this course is designed to give beginners, and those who work in the vicinity of rigging activity, the ability to recognize potential hazards and perform limited rigging tasks.
